Remote Assistance:

VISTA Operating Systems:

Click on:  Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, Click on Remote Settings (on left)
Check Allow Remote Assistance, then OK

Click on:  Start, Help and Support
Click on:   Use->Windows Remote Assistance,  under Ask someone

Click On:  Invite Someone you trust to help you.

Click on:  Use Email

Enter Password: 123456, retype Password 123456, then NEXT at the bottom.

Your email will open - enter Allan@apfcinc.com or Clydet@apfcinc.com 
Click on:  Send

XP Operating Systems:

Click on: Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, Click on Remote Tab
Check Allow Remote Assistance, then OK

Click on:  Start, Help and Support
Under Ask for Assistance

Click On:  Invite a friend to connect to your computer with remote assistance
Click On: Invite someone to help you


At the bottom, under: or use e-mail
enter email address of:  Allan@apfcinc.com or Clydet@apfcinc.com 
Click On:   Invite this person

The Invitation will display
Click Continue at the bottom

Enter Password: 123456, retype Password 123456
Click On:  Continue, at the bottom

Click On:  Send Invitation

If you get a message like attempting to send,   press Send
